Spruce Ridge Announces Reinstatement of Trading on TSX Venture

Toronto, Ontario – August 10, 2023 – Spruce Ridge Resources Ltd. (“Spruce Ridge” or the
“Company”) (TSX -V: SHL) is pleased to announce that further to its press release announcing the
revocation of the cease -trade order (the “ CTO”) dated August 4, 2023, the TSX Venture Exchange (the
“TSXV”) has lifted the trading halt imposed on the Company’s common shares (the “Common Shares”)
in connection with the CTO. The Common Shares are expected to resume trading on the facilities of the
TSXV at the open of market on August 11, 2023.
