Toronto, Ontario, April 30, 2018 – Signature Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SGU, OTCQB: SGGTF ) (" Signature" or
the " Company ") is pleased to announce that it has received prelimi nary data from its recently completed survey
conducted by Terraquest. A preliminary analysis of the data has determined that it is of high quality.

it appears that the geophysics has identified a num ber of magnetic and EM anomalies in the area associ ated with
known mineralization”, stated Howard Barrie, CEO of Terraquest.
Signature as a result of its initial review of surv ey results is pleased to announce that it has stake d 157 single cell
claims totaling 3,099.2 hectares. This acquisition elevates the Lingman Lake property to a district sc ale exploration
project. The claims, in part, cover the eastern extension of the favourable gold trend by approximatel y 8 kilometers.

contact zone between volcanic rocks and granitic rocks is effectively entirely staked along a 30 kilometer length. This
action was driven by preliminary interpretation of the airborne survey, the results of which will be r eleased pending

With this acquisition, Signature land holding amoun ts to 15,096.3 hectares of land available for gold exploration
within the Lingman Lake Greenstone Belt.

About Signature
The Lingman Lake gold property consists of four fre e hold patented claims and 762 single cell staked c laims,
comprising 15,096.3 hectares. The property hosts an historic estimate of 234,684 oz of gold* (1,063,90 4 tonnes
grading 6.86 g/t with 2.73 gpt cut-off) and include s what has historically been referred to as the Lin gman Lake Gold
Mine, an underground substructure consisting of a 1 26.5-meter shaft, and 3-levels at 46-meters, 84-met ers and 122-
meters depths.
*This historical resource estimate is based on prior data and reports obtained and prepared by previous operators, and information
provided by governmental authorities. A Qualified P erson has not done sufficient work to verify the cl assification of the mineral
resource estimates in accordance with current CIM categories. The Company is not treating the historical estimate as a current NI
43-101-compliant mineral resource estimate. Establi shing a current mineral resource estimate on the Li ngman Lake deposit will
require further evaluation, which the Company and i ts consultants intend to complete in due course. Ad ditional information
