(CSE: SGRO) (OTC: SIERF) (FSE: F91Q) reports that Mr. Craig Alford has resigned as an independent

director of the board citing personal matters unrelated to the affairs of the Company.

The board and the Company wish Mr. Alford well and thank him for his support over the past year. The

remaining board members consist of Sonny Janda, Jared Scharf, Shaun Dykes and Daryl Ware-Lane.
