previously announced voting results of
Annual Meeting of Shareholders
HONG KONG – SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (TSX: SGQ ; HK: 1878) (“SouthGobi” or the
“Company”), at the request of the Toronto Stock Exchange, makes the following supplemental
disclosure with respect to the results of the vote for the election of directors that took place
during the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (the “AGM”) held in Van couver,
Canada on June 30, 2017, which were previously disclosed in the Company’s press release
dated July 4, 2017.
According to the votes received, each of the following eight nominees proposed by
management and listed in the Company’s Management Proxy Circular dated May 19, 2017
were elected as a director of the Company until the next annual shareholder meeting, or until
such person’s successor is elected or appointed, with the following results:
