SOUTHGOBI ANNOUNCES DATE OF BOARD MEETING

VANCOUVER – SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SGQ, HK: 1878) (“SouthGobi” or the

“Company”) announces that the Company’s board of directors will approve the financial

results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months and six months ended June

30, 2024 on Wednesday, August 14, 202 4. These results will be released on Wednesday,

August 14, 2024.

and operates its flagship Ovoot Tolgoi coal mine in Mongolia. It also holds the mining licences
