VANCOUVER – SouthGobi Resources Ltd. ( T S X : S G Q , H K : 1 8 7 8 ) (“SouthGobi” or the
“Company”) referred to the announcement of SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) dated
June 1, 2018 with respect to the management change of the Compa ny. Mr. Yulan Guo, a former
executive director and chief financial officer of the Company, left the management team of the
Company with effect from June 1, 2018, and he was re-designated as the non-executive director
of the Company on June 1, 2018.
The members of the board of directors of SouthGobi Resources Lt d. (the “ Board”), with effect
