VANCOUVER – SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (TSX: SGQ, HK: 1878) (“SouthGobi” or the

“Company”) announces today with effect from January 1, 2018, the registered and records office

of the Company in Canada ha s been changed to 20th Floor – 250 Howe Street, Vancouver,

British Columbia, Canada, V6C 3R8 and the principal place of business and head office of the

Company in Canada have been changed to 1150 – 355 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British

Columbia, Canada V6C 2G8.
