Change of principal place of business in Hong Kong

VANCOUVER – SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (TSX: SGQ, HK: 1878) (“SouthGobi” or the

“Company”) announces that the principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong will

be changed to Unit 1208-10, Tower One, 193 Prince Edward Road West, Grand Century Place,

Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong with effect from 7 May 2018.
