Change of authorised representative and

appointment of alternate authorised representative

VANCOUVER – SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (TSX: SGQ; HK: 1878) (“SouthGobi” or the “Company”)

hereby announces that with effective from April 16, 2019, Mr. Shougao Wang, an executive director

and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed as an authorised representative

of the Company. Ms. Allison Snetsinger, the Corporate Secretary of the Company, ceased to be an

authorised representative and has been appointed as an alternate authorised representative of the

Company.

As of the date of this announcement, the authorised representatives of the Company are Mr. Shougao

Wang and Mr. Siu Man Kwok.
