July 24, 2020 – Vancouver, British Columbia. Skyledger Tech Corp. (“Skyledger”) (CSE: SKYL) announces that

Mr. Charles Hethey has resigned from his position as a director, and that replacing him on the Board of Directors is

Mr. Donald Gordon. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Hethey for all of his work as a director of the

Company.

Mr. Gordon has over thirty years in corporate finance analysis and business development, involving public and private

companies; currently self -employed as DAG Consulting Corp. an independent corporate finance and due diligence

consultant. Mr. Gordon is a lso active in corporate and profe ssional associations involving liais ing with institutional

investors and fund managers.
