Solstice Gold to List on the TSX Venture Exchange on May 14, 2018
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 10, 2018 -- Solstice Gold Corp. (“Solstice” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce
that it has been advised by the TSX Venture Exchange that the Company’s common shares have been approved for listing on
the Exchange as a Tier 2 Mining Issuer. Solstice shares will commence trading at the market open on, May 14, 2018 under
the symbol “SGC”.

Solstice is a new gold-focussed exploration company created through the spinout by Dunnedin Ventures Inc. of 806km 2
(100%) of the district scale Kahuna Project (“Kahuna” or the “Project”) and certain other rights covering an adjacent 860km 2,
all with no underlying option or earn in payments. Kahuna is located in Nunavut, Canada only 26 km from Rankin Inlet and
