WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, Mont., Feb. 02, 2018 -- Sandfire Resources America Inc. (formerly Tintina Resources Inc.)

("Company") announces that, as previously announced, the Company has effective today changed its name to Sandfire

Resources America Inc. and its stock symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange to "SFR.V". The proposed change to the

Company’s U.S. OTC Market symbol is pending FINRA approval.
