SCOTCH CREEK VENTURES GRANTS OPTIONS
Vancouver, British Columbia —May 28, 2025 – Scotch Creek Ventures Inc . (the “Company”) (CSE:SCV) is
pleased to announce it has granted a total of 1,850,000 stock options to directors, officers and
consultants. The options were granted at a price of $0.055 per share and are exercisable for a period of
three (3) years from the date of grant, unless terminated earlier.
