SCOTCH CREEK VENTURES GRANTS OPTIONS

Vancouver, British Columbia—November 3, 2022– Scotch Creek Ventures Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE:SCV)

is please d to announce it has granted a total of 440,000 consultant stock options. The options were

granted at a price of $0.275 per share and are exercisable for a period of one (1) year from the date of

grant unless earlier terminated.

In order to create room for the grant of new options, holders of options exercisable to purchase 200,000

shares at $0.89 expiring July 12, 2024 and holders of 450,000 shares at $0.69 expiring January 26, 2025

have agreed to cancel their options.
