Vancouver, British Columbia—January 26, 2022– Scotch Creek Ventures Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE:SCV)
is please d to announce it has granted a total of 1,000,000 stock options to directors, officers and
consultants. The options were granted at a price of $0.69 per share and are exercisable for a period of
three (3) years from the date of grant unless earlier terminated.
