Smithers, British Columbia – November 29, 2016 Rotation Minerals Ltd (“Rotation Minerals” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Bradley Rourke has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, as it prepares to focus on financing, project recommencement, and growth. Edward Kruchkowski will resign as CEO but will remain on the Board of Directors and continue to help the Company in an advisory role.
Brad Rourke has several years experience in raising capital for resource companies, both public and private. Mr. Rourke has previously been director of sales for a national institutional flowthrough fund and a principal partner with a small firm based out of Calgary that raised over $100-million in private investment funds, predominantly in the energy and real estate sectors. Prior to corporate finance, Mr. Rourke spent 10 years working in the mining service sector.
