Steadright Announces Update Regarding Management Cease Trade Order Appplication
STEADRIGHT ANNOUNCES UPDATE REGARDING MANAGEMENT CEASE TRADE ORDER
APPPLICATION
July 22, 2026 – Muskoka, Ontario – Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM) (“Steadright” or the
“Company”), announces that, further to its press release dated July 9, 2026, its application to the
Ontario Securities Commission (the “OSC”) for a Management Cease Trade Order (the “MCTO”) in
respect of the Corporations Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, its directors and insiders
remains ongoing.
There can be no assurance that an MCTO will be issued by the OSC. The Company will provide a
further update once the OSC has completed its review of the application.
The Company’s application for an MCTO relates to the Company’s inability to file its audited annual
financial statements, accompanying management’s discussion and analysis, and related
certifications for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026 (collectively, the “Annual Financial Filings”)
within the prescribed timeframe.
If granted, t he MCTO restricts the Chief Executive Officer , Chief Financial Officer , directors and
insiders of the Corporation from trading in the Corporation's securities for as long as the Annual
Financial Filings remain outstanding. The issuance of the MCTO does not affect the ability of other
shareholders to trade in the Corporation's public securities.
The Corporation's management confirm that it is working expeditiously to complete the Annual
Financial Filings and currently estimates that they will be filed on or about September 28, 2026.
The Corporation intends to satisfy the provisions of the alternative information guidelines set out in
NP 12-203, including the requirement to issue bi-weekly default status reports in the form of further
press releases, until the Annual Financial Filings are completed. The Corporation confirms that there
are no material changes or other specified defaults that have not been generally disclosed and that
the Company is not subject to any insolvency proceeding.
