EXPLANATION ON MCTO REQUEST – MOROCCAN LAWYERS

STRIKE

July 22th, 2026 –- Muskoka - Ontario – Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM)

(“Steadright” or the “Company”), in relation to its requested MCTO, the company wants

to note that the only reason an MCTO was requested is due to a nationwide lawyers

strike in Morocco, which has slowed down the company’s audit process.”
