request of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), Scandium Canada Ltd.
confirms that it is not aware of any corporate developments that would explain the recent increase
in market activity.
Scandium Canada confirms that all material information relating to its business and operations
has been publicly disclosed in accordance with applicable securities laws and TSX Venture
Exchange requirements.
