Burlington, ON. June 21, 20 22. Silver Bullet Mines Corp. (the “ Company” or “ SBMI”)
(TSXV:SBMI) (OTCQB:SBMCF) reports that pursuant to the Annual and Special Shareholder
Meeting, which wa s held in Burl ington, Ontario on June 21, 20 22, shareholders have voted
overwhelmingly in favour of all management resolutions proposed in the Management
Information Circular including the re-approval of SBMI’s Stock Option Plan, the ap proval of
Grant Thornton LLP as SBMI’s auditors, the approval to fix the number of directors at seven, the
approval to amalgamate SBMI with its wholly owned subsidiary Silver Bullet Mining Inc. , and
the approval to change the name of the Company to Silver Bullet Mines Inc.
In addition, John Carter, Peter M. Clausi, J. Birks Bovaird, Ron Murphy, and Eric Balog were re-
elected to the Boa rd of Directors. Mr. Carter will continue as Chief Executive Officer and Mr.
Bovaird will continue as Chair of the Board . Brian Crawford will continue as Chief Financial
Officer and Corporate Secretary.
