Vancouver, British Columbia, April 11, 2023 – ATHA Energy Corp. (CSE:SASK)(“ATHA” or the “Company”),

a Canadian-based uranium exploration company with assets in the Athabasca basin, is pleased to

announce the commencement of trading today of its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange

(“CSE”) under the trading symbol ‘SASK’.
