Vancouver, British Columbia – March 29, 2023 – ATHA Energy Corp. (“ATHA” or the “Company”) is pleased 

to announce that it has received the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) to list its 

common shares (the “Common Shares”.  The listing is subject to the Company fulfilling the CSE’s standard 

listing  requirements.  The  Company  also  announces  that  it  has  filed  a  final  long  form  non‐offering 

prospectus dated March 23, 2023 (the “Prospectus”), a copy of which is available under the Company’s 

profile on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com.  

The Common Shares are expected to commence trading under the symbol “SASK” on or about April 11, 

2023.
