St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador , August 03 , 2021 - Red Moon Resources Inc. (the
“Company” or “Red Moon” - TSXV: RMK) announces that all resolutions presented at the July 30,
2021 annual general and special meeting of shareholders were approved including the election of
directors. The voting participation rate was 51 per cent of the shares outstanding. The Company thanks
its shareholders and their intermediaries for their support and assistance. Detailed results of the
election of directors and meeting resolutions are shown in the table below.

corporate name change subject to regulatory approval as per our May 13, 2021, news release.”
