and MD&A

VANCOUVER, B.C. – June 27, 2025, SAGA Metals Corp. (the “Company” or “SAGA”) (TSXV: SAGA)

(OTCQB: SAGMF) (FSE: 20H) , a North American exploration company focused on critical mineral

discovery in Canada, announces that it has filed its unaudited interim consolidated financial

statements and related management discussion and analysis for the period ended April 30, 2025.
