Strata Minerals Announces $500,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement

Toronto, April 26, 2017 - Strata Minerals Inc. (TSXV: SMP .H) (“ Strata Minerals ” or, the " Company") ”) is

pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non -brokered private placement financing for aggregate gross

proceeds of up to $500,000 (the “ Offering”). The Offering will consist of the private placement of common shares

of the Company at the price of $0.20 per common share.

The securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four month and one day statutory hold period.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general working capital purposes.

The Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals,

including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities regulatory authorities.
