REVIVAL GOLD ANNUAL STOCK OPTION GRANT
Toronto, ON – December 21st, 2023 – Revival Gold Inc. (TSXV: RVG, OTCQX: RVLGF) (“Revival Gold”
or the “Company”), announces that pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan, Revival Gold has
granted 1,855,000 incentive stock options (the “Options”) to directors, officers, and consultants of
the Company as part of its annual compensation plan. T he Options are exercisable at a price of
$0.50 per share for a period of five years and are subject to vesting provisions.
