The Company wishes to announce that it has extended its previously announced (see news related dated
February 15, 2019) engagement of Promethean Marketing Inc. (“Promethean”) for an additional term of up to
90 days, such that in exchange for payment by the Company to Promethean of USD $400,000, Promethean
shall provide certain general marketing services to increase investor awareness of, and engagement with, the
Company.
