Chemesis International Inc Announces Private Placement of Up to CDN $1,300,000

Vancouver, BC – Chemesis International Inc. (the “ Company”) (CSE: CSI ) ( OTC: CADMF ) ( FRA: CWAA ), is
pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the “ Offering”) of up to $ 1,300,000 or up to
10,833,333 units (the “ Units”). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one common share
purchase warrant (the “Warrants”). Each Warrant will be exercisable for one common share at a price of $0.15
for a period of 24 months.
