CHEMESIS ANNOUNCES NEW DATE FOR SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

Vancouver, BC – Chemesis International Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE: CSI) (OTC: CADMF) (FRA: CWAA)
The Company announces that due to technical difficulties with the conference line in respect of the annual
general and special meeting of the shareholders (the “ Meeting”) initiated today at 10:00 a.m. (PST), the
Company has adjourned the Meeting to 11:00 a.m. (PST) on Thursday, December 31 st at the same meeting
locations: physically at 1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia V6G 2V4 and via teleconference call
at 604-330-7484, subject to further adjournment or postponement.
We note that the Meeting is subject to all applicable restrictions as directed by the British Columbia health
authorities with respect to COVID-19.
