KARAM MINERALS ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN LEADERSHIP

VANCOUVER, CANADA – (September 11, 2020) – Karam Minerals Inc. (the “Company” or “KMI”) (CSE:KMI)

announces the resignation of Michael Malan a as Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company,

effective as of September 9, 2020 . Mr. Malana has been replaced by Kelvin Lee , who has also been

appointed to the Company’s board of directors. The Company wishes Mr. Malana well in his future

endeavours.

Kelvin Lee has over 15 years of financial management experience , including as controller of various

publicly traded companies. Mr. Lee is a CPA, CGA and holds a Diploma in Accounting (Hons) and a Bachelor

in Business Administration (Hons) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. The Company looks

forward to working with Mr. Lee as an integral member of both the board and management.
