Vancouver,  B.C.  –  March  6,  2017 ‐  RT  Minerals  Corp.  (TSX.V:  RTM)  (the  “Company”)  announces  that 

further  to  its  news  release  of  February  21,  2017,  the  Company  proposes  to  increase  its  private 

placement Offering by $224,000 to raise gross proceeds of up to $399,000. 

The Offering is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
