Rathdowney Closes Private Placement

RATHDOWNEY CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

June 23, 2017 Vancouver, BC – Rathdowney Resources Ltd. (“Rathdowney” or the “Company”) (TSXV: RTH)

announces that further to a news release of June 9, 2017, the Company has completed a private placement for

proceeds of $570,000.

Proceeds will be used to advance Polish permitting activi ties and further refine mi ning engineering work to

progress the Company’s Olza zinc-lea d-silver project towards feasibility and completion of permit licensing, as

well as for general corporate working capital purposes.
