WORK PROGRAM COMMENCES AT BONNEVILLE PROPERTY

Vancouver, Canada – May 28, 2018 - Meridius Resources Limited (MRI: TSX-V) (“Meridius” or

the “Company”) Mr. Dylan Sidoo is pleased to provide this update on the Company’s activities since

listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company has been focused on finalizing plans for commencement of a drill program at the

Company’s Bonneville gold property located in Quebec. A drill contract was finalized with Forages

Rouillier from Val D’Or Quebec. The Company has paid the mobilization costs and has been advised that

the drill rig mobilization was completed on May 26th and that the drill program has commenced.

Further news will be announced as the drill program progresses.
