ROUTE109 ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN AUDITOR

Vancouver, British Columbia – September 22, 2026 – Route 109 Resources Inc. (TSXV: RTE)

(OTCQB: MRIRF) (FSE: 8M0) (“Route109” or the “Company”) announces that it has changed

its auditor from D&H Group LLC (the “Former Auditor”) to Davidson & Company LLP (the

“Successor Auditor”) effective September 16th, 2026.

At the request of the Company, the Former Auditor resigned as auditor of the Company effective

September 16, 2026 and the board of directors appointed the Successor Auditor as the

Company’s Auditor effective September 16, 2026 until the close of the Company’s next annual

general meeting.
