Meridius Resources Limited. (“Meridius” or the “Company”) has changed the venue for its Annual

General Meeting (“AGM”) being held on Friday, March 15, 2019 from the Company’s office at Suite

789 – 999 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia to 15 th Floor, 1055 West Georgia

Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The time for the AGM remains unchanged at 10:30 a.m. Pacific

time.

A representative from Meridius will meet registered participants at a registration desk on the 15 th

Floor, 1500 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
