MERIDIUS ANNOUNCES RESULTS FROM INITIAL DRILL HOLE AT

BONNEVILLE PROPERTY, QUEBEC

Vancouver, Canada – July 5th 2018 - Meridius Resources Limited (MRI: TSX-V) (“Meridius” or

the “Company”) announces results from drill hole BV-18-001 at the Bonneville property.

Drill Results

Diamond drill hole BV -18-001 did not return significant gold or silver values. The hole was drilled

through a thick package of mafic to intermediate lavas and tuffs with trace to nil sulfides associated with

quartz-carbonate stringers and veinlets. Samples returned disappointing gold and silver values at or below

detection limits. However, the hole did intersect an anomalous copper interval in the form of a 2.00m

quartz vein from 324.10- 326.10m with two 0.10-0.15m wide bands of semi -massive chalcopyrite and

pyrrhotite. The vein graded 1.2% copper and 9.5gpt silver over a 2.0m interval, with up to 1.85% copper

and 14.6 gpt silver over 0.60m from 325.50-326.10m. For location and details of this drill hole, see Table

Data Capture

All core is transported to the secure core shed of the Company and logged. The drill hole was sampled for

its entire length. Sampling was conducted under the guidance of Abby Peterson P.Geo., QP. Core is split,

and one-half bagged for analysis. QA/QC involves random placement of a duplicate (field), blank and

standard reference samples within every 10 consecutive core samples.

Samples are assayed at ALS Laboratories. Samples are logged into the tracking system, weighed, dried

and fine crushed to less than 2mm (70%). A split of up to 250 gm is pulverized to better than 85% passing

a 75-micron screen for use in the gold and multi -element analysis (ALS ME -ICP41 package). Sample

preparation is to industry standard, and additional analyses are made for concentrations over 1% (e.g. Zn

or Pb).
