") is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremi Fournier as
Director. Mr. Fournier is President of Fournier & Fils, a successful Val D'Or-based general contractor
with over 80 years of experience in the mining, environmental, industrial, commercial, and residential
sectors. Prior to becoming President, Mr. Fournier served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
Mr. Fournier serves as President of the Val D'Or Chamber of Commerce and has been deeply involved
in the Val-d'Or Economical Development Corporation. He has a vast network of Quebec-based mining
and business professionals. Mr. Fournier holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the
Université du Québec à Montréal.

With the appointment of Mr. Fournier to Board of Directors, the Company wishes to announce the
departure of director Peter Espig, who has resigned from the Board of Directors.
