Announces Grant of Stock Options
Toronto, Ontario – March 24, 2023 – CANSTAR RESOURCES INC. (TSXV: ROX &
OTCPK:CSRNF) (“Canstar” or the "Company") announces that a total of 2,475,000 options to
purchase common shares of the Company are being granted to officers, directors , contractors,
and employees at an exercise price of $0.06 per share, expiring on March 24, 2028. The grant is
subject to regulatory approval and vesting requirements.
