ROSCAN GRANTS OPTIONS
Toronto, May 14, 2019 – Roscan Gold Corporation (“Roscan” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: ROS) announces that it
has granted an aggregate of 4,800,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company exercisable at a price
of $0.15 per common share and expiring on May 14, 2022, to certain directors, officers , employees and
consultants of the Company. The common shares issuable upon exercise of the options are subject to a four -
month hold period from the original date of grant.
Following the grant of these options there are an additional 2,100,000 options available for grant.
