Roscan Gold Announces Debt Settlement
Toronto, Ontario. – October 23, 2024 – Roscan Gold Corporation (“Roscan” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:
ROS; FSE:2OJ; OTCQB:RCGCF) is pleased to announce that it has settled an outstanding promissory note
(the “Note”) in the amount of US$677,000 (C$933,450 using a US$ to C$ exchange rate of C $1.3788)
through the issuance of 10,371,667 common shares (“Common Shares”) in the capital of the Company at
a price of $0.09 per Common Share (the “Debt Settlement”).
The Vendor has agreed that it shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company , sell, or
otherwise dispose of more than 150,000 Common Shares on any one trading day.
