Crest Resources announces resignation of John E. Hiner

Vancouver, B.C. - Crest Resources Inc. (CSE: CRES) announces the resignation of John E. Hiner as a director,

effective immediately. He will continue to provide consulting services to the Company when required. The

Company wishes to thank Mr. Hiner for his contribution to the Company and wishes him all the best in his future

endeavours.

Crest is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets in British

Columbia. Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious metal and base metal properties of merit and to
