MINERAL ROAD CLOSES THIRD TRANCHE OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Vancouver, British Columbia – June 15, 2026 ‐ Mineral Road Discovery Inc. (CSE: ROAD) (the
“Company” or “ROAD”) is pleased to announce that, further to its recent news releases, it has
closed the third tranche of its non-brokered private placement . T he Company has issued an
additional 1,000,000 units at a price of $0.06 per unit for proceeds of $ 60,000 (the “Private
Placement”). Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, with each warrant entitling
the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.08 for a period of three years expiring
June 12, 2029. Proceeds will be used for general working capital. All securities issued will be
subject to a four month hold period expiring October 13, 2026.
