CREST ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO

MINERAL ROAD DISCOVERY INC.

Vancouver, B.C. – September 5, 2024 ‐ Crest Resources Inc. (CSE: CRES) (“Crest” or the “Company”)

announces it will change its name to Mineral Road Discovery Inc. effective September 9, 2024. There is

no change in the Company’s capital structure.

The Company’s common shares will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the

new name and trading symbol “ROAD” on September 9, 2024. The Company’s new CUSIP number will

be 60306F101 and the new ISIN number will be CA60306F1018. Shareholders are not required to exchange

their existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the Company’s new name and Company shares

held electronically in Direct Registration System will be booked automatically.
