CREST ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF D&H GROUP LLP,

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS, AS AUDITOR

Vancouver, B.C. – September 20, 2023 - Crest Resources Inc. (CSE: CRES) (“Crest” or the “Company”)

announces that, effective September 20, 2023 , D&H Group LLP, Chartered Accountants have been

appointed as the Company’s auditor until the next annual general meeting of the Company. D&H Group

LLP replaces MNP LLP as the Company’s auditor.
