CREST RESOURCES APPOINTS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Vancouver, B.C. – May 22, 2020 ‐ Crest Resources Inc. (CSE: CRES) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce

the appointment of Bryce A. Clark, CPA, CGA as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Clark practices

public accounting and is the owner of Bryce A. Clark & Associates Ltd. located in Vancouver , British

Columbia. Mr. Clark has over twenty years of experience serving as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive

Officer or a director of several TSX Venture Exchange listed public companies in the mining industry.

Mr. Sean Ty has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective immediately but will continue

in a financial consulting role to th e Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Ty for his

contributions in the growth of the Company.
