Rainy Mountain Grants Stock Options

West Van couver, British Columbia, May 19 , 2017 – Rainy Mountain Royalty Corp. (the

“Company”) announces that in accordance with the terms of the Company’s stock opti on plan,

the Company has granted 735,000 incentive stock options to certain independent C onsultants,

at an exercise price of $0.115 per share for a term of one year. The Consultants have been

engaged to assist the Company with future financing and strategic corporate matters.
