Rusoro Grants Stock Options

Vancouver, Canada -- Rusoro Mining Ltd. (the "Company" or "Rusoro") announces that it has granted

an aggregate of 4,325,000 stock options under the Company's stock option plan t o insiders, employees and

consultants of the Company with an exercise price of $0.05 per stock option, exercisable for a period of ten

years from the date of grant, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
