Rusoro Grants Stock Options

Vancouver, Canada -- Rusoro Mining Ltd. (the "Company" or "Rusoro") announces that it has granted

an aggregate of 11,050,000 stock options under the Company's stock option plan to insiders, employees and

consultants of the Company with an exercise price of $0.105 per stock option, exercisable for a period of ten

years from the date of grant, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
