RUSORO ANNOUNCES $1,000,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT
November 2, 2023 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada -- Rusoro Mining Ltd. (TSX-V: RML) (the
"Company" or "Rusoro") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the "Financing") of up
to 2,500,000 common shares at a price of $0.40 per common share for proceeds of up to $1,000,000.
The Company intends to use the proceeds from the Financing for legal fees to continue supporting the efforts
to collect on the Company’s arbitration award and for general working capital.
All securities issued under the Financing are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval will be subject to a
four month and one day hold period after the date of closing.
