Roxmore Resources Reports Additional Drill Results from the Converse Gold Project in Nevada

Drill Results Corporate Updates

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 1, 2026) - Roxmore Resources Inc. (TSX: RM) (OTCQX: GARLF) ("Roxmore" or the "Company") is pleased to report additional gold and silver assay results from the ongoing infill and extension drill campaign at the Company's flagship Converse Gold Project ("Converse" or the "Project"), located on the Battle Mountain - Eureka Trend in Nevada, USA.

Highlights include hole CV26-017, which returned 85.3 metres ("m") grading 0.52 g/t Au and 2.34 g/t Ag which infilled between previous results reported on July 9, 20261. Located approximately 165 metres to the south-east, CV26-022 intersected 94.5m grading 0.73 g/t Au and 2.34 g/t Ag. A complete table of gold and silver intercepts is provided through the links below.

Key Highlights

  • CV26-017
    • 85.3m grading 0.52g/t Au and 2.34 g/t Ag from 207.3m
    • 32.0m grading 0.48g/t Au and 2.85g/t Ag from 300.2m
  • CV26-020
    • 57.9m grading 0.62 g/t Au and 3.02 g/t Ag from 76.2m
      • Incl. 32.0m grading 0.84 g/t Au from 77.7m
    • 62.5m grading 0.79g/t Au and 3.16 g/t Ag from 163.1m
      • Incl. 39.6m grading 1.07 g/t Au from 178.3m
  • CV26-022
    • 94.5m grading 0.73 g/t Au and 2.34 g/t Ag from 114.3m
  • Silver assay results continue to demonstrate a consistent association with gold mineralization that has been observed across the broader Converse deposit. Silver grades are commonly several times higher than the corresponding gold grades, and at times exceed assayed gold grades by as much as eight times.
  • With the objective to upgrade the classification of mineralization, all three highlighted holes were drilled within areas of the deposit currently classified as inferred mineral resources and the results continue to validate the Company's robust geological model by further defining the continuity and predictability of mineralization.
  • Mineralization remains open at depth and along strike.
  • The drill program has now expanded to three active rigs, consisting of one reverse circulation ("RC") drill rig and two diamond core rigs. A third core drill and second RC rig are expected to arrive later in 2026 to support an accelerated infill and expansion drilling program ahead of the planned Pre-Feasibility Study ("PFS") next year.

John Dorward, Executive Chairman of Roxmore, commented: "These latest results continue to demonstrate the continuity and predictability we've come to expect from Converse, including the persistent silver values alongside gold mineralization across the deposit. We are also encouraged by early indications that the ongoing infill drilling may support improved grades and a more favourable strip ratio profile relative to our current models. With three rigs now turning, we are able to evaluate more of the deposit at a faster pace, and the geological model continues to perform in line with our expectations."

Drill Program Update

Roxmore has now mobilized three drill rigs at the Converse Project to support the 30,000-metre Phase 1 infill and extension drilling campaign. The expanded program is expected to accelerate the pace of infill drilling which will support the updated mineral resource estimate to be incorporated into the Company's planned PFS, currently targeted for completion in 2027.

The Company expects to continue drilling throughout the remainder of 2026 and into 2027. Approximately 30,000 metres of indicated infill drilling has been planned, of which approximately 31% has been completed to date.

Management Update

Roxmore Resources is also pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Dufour in the role of Chief Financial Officer, who will replace Zeenat Lokhandwala during her planned maternity leave of absence. Mr. Dufour brings extensive executive public mining company experience across all stages of the mine life cycle, having served as Chief Financing Officer of various companies, including Crocodile Gold Corp. and Newmarket Gold Inc. (up until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold). Most recently he served as Chief Financial Officer of Signal Gold Inc., where he was involved in advancing the Goldboro Gold Project through to feasibility study and project financing, up until its acquisition by NexGold Mining Corp.

Qualified Person

Vance Spalding, Executive Vice President, Exploration of Roxmore, is a "Qualified Person" as defined under National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects and has reviewed the available data, composites and QA/QC information related to the drill program and has approved the scientific and technical disclosure contained in this news release on behalf of the Company.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Drill core is generally extracted from the core tube and split tubes by the drill contractor and placed in core boxes with appropriate depth markers noting recovery. Full core boxes are then sealed before being transported by Roxmore's personnel to Roxmore's facility in Winnemucca, Nevada where it is geologically and geotechnically logged by Roxmore geologists: checked for recovery, photographed, and marked for assays. The core is cut in half and placed in plastic bags, zip-tied and grouped in burlap sacks and sealed for transport to either the ALS Global preparation facility in Elko, Nevada, or to the Actlabs facility in Kamloops, B.C. The retained half-core is stored at Roxmore's facility in Winnemucca, Nevada.

RC chips are collected into 5-gallon woven polyethylene bags in 5-foot intervals and sealed by the drill contractor. The target weight of samples is 3 to 5 kilograms. Bags are pre-labeled with sample numbers and depth intervals and validated against a sampling sheet. Every 30th sample is a field-split-duplicate. RC chips are geologically logged in the field by Roxmore geologists. Chip trays are transported to Roxmore's processing facility by Roxmore's personnel to Roxmore's facility in Winnemucca, Nevada where they are photographed and stored. RC samples are grouped in burlap sacks and sealed for transport in the field. Samples are transported to the ALS Global preparation facility in Elko, Nevada.
